Refund policy
Please read our Return and Refund Policy below:
1. Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
2. Refunds
We want to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If the product has an issue that is our fault (e.g., it was damaged during shipping, the wrong item was shipped, or there is a defect in the product), we will offer you a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
Conditions for Refunds:
· The request must be made within 7 days of the shipment date.
· Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
· For damaged Shipments, include at least two photos that display the damage: one photo of the damaged product and one photo of the condition of the shipping package.
· For Lost Packages, you must notify the carrier so a signed Denial of Receipt (DOR) can be provided.
Please note: Refunds are not provided if:
· Products are not to your taste or preference due to the perishable nature of the goods.
3. How to Request a Replacement or Refund
To initiate a return or refund, please follow these steps:
1. Email us at orders@clairesamazeballs.com with the subject line "Replacement/Refund Request" and include:
o Your order number
o A description of the issue
o Photos (if applicable)
o A signed Denial of Receipt (DOR) from the carrier if applicable
o Your preference for a refund or replacement
2. Once we receive your request, we will respond within 5 business days with instructions on how to proceed.
4. Shipping Costs
· If you are eligible for a refund or replacement due to a defect or shipping error, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
· In cases where a refund or replacement is not granted, the customer is responsible for any shipping fees.
5. Exceptions
· As a health-focused snack company, we prioritise food safety and hygiene. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or consumed products for reasons of personal preference.
